We make one thing: a spreadsheet for short-term rental hosts with more than one listing.

We built it because the number every platform reports isn't the number that reaches your bank. Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com report gross earnings, with their fees and the taxes they collected still inside. Once you run two or three listings across two or three channels, with payouts arriving pooled, nobody can tell you what each property actually earned. That's the gap the rental income and expense tracker closes.

A few things we hold to

• One-time price, no subscription. You buy the file once and it's yours.
• No tax rules baked in. It organizes your numbers; it doesn't tell you what to declare. That's between you and a qualified professional.
• A person answers your email, usually within one business day.
• 14-day refund, no reason needed. If the tracker doesn't fit how you run your listings, we'd rather tell you before you buy.
