By purchasing or downloading the Airbnb Host Tax & Expense Tracker ("the Product") from Slate Studio Co., you agree to the following terms.

 

1. License

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own property management and bookkeeping. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the Product or its contents, whether modified or unmodified, in whole or in part.

2. Ownership

The Product, including its design, formulas, and structure, remains the intellectual property of Slate Studio Co. Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

 

3. Not Professional Advice

The Product is a bookkeeping and organizational tool. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You're responsible for verifying your figures and consulting a licensed tax professional or accountant before filing. Slate Studio Co. is not liable for any tax filings, penalties, or financial decisions made using the Product.

 

4. "As Is" and Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slate Studio Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.

 

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
